Baljit started as a sole proprietorship in 2009 and incorporated as Bal & Associates, CPA Inc in 2017. He and his team have made a name for the firm by providing the best tax advice available as well as fast, personalized service.

Baljit’s passion at work is saving his clients the most money legally possible, and he loves helping them make great business decisions. This passion has evolved into becoming a close personal business advisor to many of his clients. When Baljit is in a meeting with his clients, it’s more like a family reunion than a business meeting. All you can hear from outside his office is laughter, hoots, and hollering. Baljit is the heart and soul of his team.

He focuses his time where he can help his clients the most – on tax planning and business consultations. His leadership philosophy is all about teamwork and has molded a culture where respect and collaboration reign supreme. He’s a hard taskmaster, but has an even bigger heart and allows his team to flex their days when ill or family issues arise without worrying about retribution. Additionally, he and Manjinder developed a longevity program which rewards team members for their loyalty.
