Roken Bhatt, CPA

Roken is a Certified Public Accountant, and has public accounting experience since 2008. During the course of his career, he has worked on individual, partnership, exempt organization, fiduciary, and corporate tax returns. Along with his experience in tax accounting, he has audited various for-profit, not-for-profit, and government organizations. His strong background in financial and tax accounting has allowed him to assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, and tax planning for their respective entities.

Valuing client relationships is a strong emphasis for Roken. Relationship-building helps Roken understand various client needs, and gives him the insight required to strategize for anticipated changes in the business environment, along with explaining how our services can be valuable.

Roken grew up in Fresno and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from California State University Fresno. He loves nature, travel, and learning about new cultures. Whenever he gets a chance, he enjoys hiking around Yosemite National Park. In 2018, he traveled to Egypt and got his open water scuba diving license.

Jessica is a Staff Accountant who received her degree in accounting from California State University, Fresno in 2016. She has worked In private and public accounting gaining knowledge in different industries.

Kayla Shular, Administrative Assistant

Kayla joined our firm in 2018 & holds the position of Administrative Assistant & Receptionist. She has extensive experience in the recreational industry, medical terminology & transcription, bookkeeping, & office administration.
